Terms and conditions



The terms and conditions set out in this document shall apply to the relationship between the visitor (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") and Riverside Pavilion - Lisboa | Ulisseia from the moment the booking is requested until the end of the period of accommodation in the space.



Where these Terms and Conditions do not apply, the Portuguese legislation in force shall apply.



Arrival and Departure

1. Ulisseia will make available to the Client the number of rooms booked from the date of arrival depending on the category desired, in principle from 12 noon and, at the latest, from 3 p.m. on the day of entry.

2. On arrival, the Customer must have filled in the SIBA-SEF form in advance, otherwise they will be obliged to do so before the keys are handed over.

3. On the date of departure, the Client must leave the space clear of people and goods and without any damage by 11 am.

4. If the room is not vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure, you will immediately be charged compensation corresponding to the price of one stay / one night (half the minimum amount corresponding to two nights at the rate in force on the date of booking) at Ulisseia, and you will only be entitled to use the room during this period if there is availability, otherwise you will have to pay the compensation and vacate the room as soon as possible.

5. It is advisable to book free entry to the Vertigo Climbing Center in advance and if you don't, you may not be able to use it for the duration of your stay.

5. Requests for our extra services/additional services must be made as far in advance as possible and payment will be made at the time of the activity and not at the time of booking.

6. It is strictly forbidden to keep animals at the Riverside Pavilion - Lisboa | Ulisseia. The introduction of animals into the space by the Client will allow the management to immediately terminate the contract with the Client and force him to leave the space without refunding the amounts paid in the meantime for the availability of the rooms during the contracted period of stay.

7. Only the persons named in the accommodation reservation will be entitled to stay overnight. Otherwise, you will immediately have to pay the amount corresponding to the number of extra people in force at the time of booking.

8. The Client must inspect the room on arrival and immediately report any defects found. Any defects that arise during the stay must be reported as soon as the Client becomes aware of them.

9. Non-refundable rate: The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. This amount can only be refunded in the event of proof of the client's prolonged illness or the death of a direct family member.
